HOW TO GET STARTED

Your experience begins with a complimentary 15-minute phone or video call to get to know each other, talk about the basics of your project, and learn what to expect when working with A Meaningful Space.

NEXT STEP

During our call or immediately after you'll be able to set up a 60-minute in-home planning meeting.  This can be done in person or virtually.  This is our opportunity to understand your organizing needs and establish your goals together.  During this time I'll ask you questions about your space, take measurements, and strategize solutions.  I'll also be able to provide an estimate of how much time it will take to achieve your organizing goals.

IN-HOME ORGANIZING

With hands-on organizing, we work to transform your spaces into organized, efficient, and easy-to-use areas that are tailored to your specific needs and lifestyle.

 

All organizing sessions are a minimum of 3 hours.  Larger projects may require multiple visits.

 

A Meaningful Space is an all-inclusive organizing service and all sessions include:

  • Removal of donations/consignment drop-off (1 haul away per session).

  • Coordination with other service providers as needed.

  • Shopping for organizational products tailored to your space.

  • Additional hours spent researching and designing organizing solutions for your space off-site.

  • Communication with you regarding your project between sessions.

  • 30 day follow up

A Meaningful Space provides organizing services that are completely confidential, and 100% judgment-free.

MOVING SUPPORT

If you are preparing to move or relocate, let A Meaningful Space help make your transition as smooth as possible.

A Meaningful Space offers:

 

  • ​​complete packing and unpacking services

  • pre-move decluttering (don't move what you don't want or need!)

  • space planning to help determine furniture placement

  • organizing product research and shopping to help put the finishing touches on your new space.

  • moving company referrals

VIRTUAL SERVICES

Virtual organizing offers the opportunity to organize your home or office with A Meaningful Space by video technology or even by phone.

Virtual services take the DIY process to the next level.  Clients still have the flexibility to work at their own pace plus the bonus of having an organizer to help them make decisions and set goals as they work.

Virtual Services Include:

  • 30-minute initial set-up call​

  • Complete client plan that includes action items and goals.

  • List of suggested organizing products

  • 15-minute virtual coaching calls bi-weekly

  • Available for questions throughout the duration of service by text or email.

*Virtual Services are per room, project to be completed within 60 days.*

MAINTENANCE

*FOR EXISTING CLIENTS ONLY*

A Meaningful Space offers maintenance services for our existing clients.  We help to maintain spaces and systems that we have previously organized.  Visits can vary from 1-4 times a month.

  • Packing/unpacking for travel

  • Holiday decorating/gift wrapping
