A Meaningful Space, LLC operates https://www.ameaningfulspace.com (the "Site").

 

 

1. Eligibility: The loyalty program ("Program") is available to all clients engaging in home organizing services provided by A Meaningful Space ("Company"). Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

2. Program Structure: Clients will receive discounts based on the total number of hours invested in home organizing services. Clients who invest between 10 to 20 hours will receive a 10% discount off their total bill. Clients who invest more than 20 hours will receive a 15% discount off their total bill.

3. Calculation of Hours: Hours invested in home organizing services will be calculated based on the time spent by Company personnel directly engaged in organizing activities at the client's premises.

4. Discount Application: Discounts will be applied to the total bill for home organizing services after completion of the agreed-upon tasks. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous invoices or combined with other promotional offers.

5. Duration of Program: The Program is ongoing and may be modified, suspended, or terminated by the Company at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Program will be communicated to clients through email or other means of communication.

6. Discretionary Nature: Participation in the Program is at the discretion of the client, and clients are not obligated to invest a specific number of hours or participate in the Program to receive home organizing services from the Company.

7. Limitations: Discounts provided under the Program are non-transferable and have no cash value. Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash, applied to future services, or exchanged for any other goods or services provided by the Company.

8. Modification of Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website or other communication channels. Continued participation in the Program after the posting of any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
