• Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Employees of A Meaningful Space, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• Entry Period: The giveaway begins on October 28, 2023, and ends on October 29, 2023, at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.

• Prize: The prize includes one free enrollment in the online course "Simplifying & Organizing with Kids" provided by A Meaningful Space.

• Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.  The winner will be announced on October 30, 2023, on A Meaningful Space's Instagram stories and by email communication.

• Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified via email communication and Instagram stories.  The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and a new winner will be chosen

• Claiming the Prize:  To claim the prize, the winner may be required to provide their full name, email address, and any other necessary information.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

• Publicity:  By entering the giveaway, participants grant A Meaningful Space the right to use their name and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.

• Privacy:  Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

• General Conditions:  A Meaningful Space reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason.  A Meaningful Space is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error.

• ​Release and Limitations of Liability:  By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless A Meaningful Space, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway.

• Governing Law:  This giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.
